If you are passionate about solving one of the most fundamental challenges of our society - employment, working on hard business problems, and being part of an amazing growth story - Eightfold is the place to be!</span></div><div><br /></div><div><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></div><ul><li>Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Send reminders, follow up with candidates and interviewers</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ATS, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process</li><li>Represent Eightfold as a brand ambassador at every touchpoint by embodying our values.</li><li>Actively use the Eightfold platform for all recruiting activities and serve as an internal SME on its functionality</li></ul><div><br /></div><div><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></div><ul><li>6 months–1 year of experience in a similar or customer-facing coordination role</li><li>Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus</li><li>Strong customer focus, empathy, and communication skills</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven</li></ul><div><br /></div><div><strong>Note:</strong> This is a <strong>contractual position</strong>.</div><div><br /></div><div><span>We believe in giving you responsibility, not a task.
