This individual will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and associated GTM enablement to ensure our customer-facing teams are informed and set up for success</span></div><div><br /></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li><span>Drive the creation of sales enablement materials, including presentations, and sales collateral, to support the sales team in their efforts.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for eightfold.ai products.</span></li><li><span>Participate in the creation and delivery of webinars, external presentations, roundtables, and public events.</span></li><li><span>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.</span></li><li><span>Partner with product management to influence product roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer feedback.</span></li><li><span>Develop customer personas and use cases to inform product messaging, targeting, and positioning.</span></li><li><span>Track and measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and iterate based on insights and data.</span></li><li><span>Help lead and support functional marketing initiatives such as industry events, internal training and kick-offs, and additional initiatives.</span></li></ul><div><br /></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li><span>Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field</span></li><li><span>10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the (SaaS) or HR technology industry.</span></li><li><span>Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for B2B products.</span></li><li><span>Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations.</span></li><li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.</span></li><li><span>Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams.</span></li><li><span>Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</span></li></ul><div><br /></div><div><span>﻿We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
