About the team
The Product Solutions Expert team is a high-profile and dynamic group of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our customers.
The teams primary focus is on managing large enterprise customers, catering to their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction. This involves handling day-to-day activities related to implementations, customer inquiries, addressing their challenges, and collaborating closely with customer advisors to provide tailored solutions.
With its high-profile nature, exposure to top leadership and impactful engagements, the team stands as a trusted partner, contributing significantly to the organizations growth and success in the competitive market.
As a Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing Product Solutions Experts, overseeing delivery excellence, solution design, and customer satisfaction across some of our most strategic enterprise accounts. You will play a critical role in scaling delivery, mentoring talent, and shaping how Eightfold’s products are deployed globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Product Solutions Experts responsible for delivering implementations and ongoing technical support for enterprise clients.
- Oversee project delivery across accounts to ensure technical excellence, timely execution, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide strategic guidance to team members on complex solutioning, integrations, and customer engagement.
- Serve as an escalation point for key customer challenges and collaborate cross-functionally to drive resolution.
- Partner with Customer Advisors, PMs, and Engineering to align on customer goals, roadmap, and delivery plans.
- Review and improve solution design, architecture, and integration approaches across ATS, HRIS, and third-party systems.
- Build best practices, reusable assets, and standardized processes to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and upskill team members in technical areas (e.g., APIs, SQL, Python), customer management, and consulting skills.
- Contribute to the evolution of AI interview and functional round delivery frameworks.
- Track team performance metrics, capacity planning, and support hiring and onboarding efforts.
- Represent the PSE function in leadership forums, sharing insights from the field and shaping product and process improvements.
Qualification
- 9+ years of experience in product implementation, technical consulting, or solution architecture, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Proven expertise in HR tech ecosystems, including hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, Oracle, Greenhouse, etc.
- Strong technical background in designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, JSON, SQL, XML, and Python.
- Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members on technical, functional, and client-facing skills.
- Exceptional project oversight, stakeholder management, and escalation handling abilities.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, drive outcomes, and lead change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive presence, negotiation, and structured problem-solving.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Big 4 consulting or enterprise transformation experience is a strong plus.
