You will play a critical role in scaling delivery, mentoring talent, and shaping how Eightfold’s products are deployed globally.</div><h3><br /></h3><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Manage a team of Product Solutions Experts responsible for delivering implementations and ongoing technical support for enterprise clients.</li><li>Oversee project delivery across accounts to ensure technical excellence, timely execution, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Provide strategic guidance to team members on complex solutioning, integrations, and customer engagement.</li><li>Serve as an escalation point for key customer challenges and collaborate cross-functionally to drive resolution.</li><li>Partner with Customer Advisors, PMs, and Engineering to align on customer goals, roadmap, and delivery plans.</li><li>Review and improve solution design, architecture, and integration approaches across ATS, HRIS, and third-party systems.</li><li>Build best practices, reusable assets, and standardized processes to improve delivery efficiency and quality.</li><li>Mentor and upskill team members in technical areas (e.g., APIs, SQL, Python), customer management, and consulting skills.</li><li>Contribute to the evolution of AI interview and functional round delivery frameworks.</li><li>Track team performance metrics, capacity planning, and support hiring and onboarding efforts.</li><li>Represent the PSE function in leadership forums, sharing insights from the field and shaping product and process improvements.</li></ul><h3><br /></h3><div><strong>Qualification</strong></div><ul><li>Hands-on experience in managing a team of 5-10 people.</li><li>10+ years of experience in product implementation, technical consulting, or solution architecture, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role.</li><li>Strong technical background in designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, JSON, SQL, XML, and Python.</li><li>Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations in a customer-facing role.</li><li>Ability to coach and mentor team members on technical, functional, and client-facing skills.</li><li>Exceptional project oversight, stakeholder management, and escalation handling abilities.</li><li>Ability to thrive in ambiguity, drive outcomes, and lead change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, including executive presence, negotiation, and structured problem-solving.</li><li>Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.</li><li>Big 4 consulting or enterprise transformation experience is a strong plus.</li></ul><div><br /></div><div><span>﻿We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
