This crucial role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft Power BI platform. </div><div>Experience: 5–8 Years (with Minimum 4 Years of Direct Power BI Experience)</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Your Key Contributions:</b></div><div>As the Power BI Developer/Architect, you will:</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Design &amp; Develop:</b> Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of robust and visually compelling Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Data Architecture:</b> Architect, optimize, and manage complex datasets and data pipelines, ensuring efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources (SQL Server, Azure Synapse, etc.).</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Performance Tuning:</b> Utilize advanced techniques, including DAX and query optimization, to ensure fast and scalable report performance.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Collaboration:</b> Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Governance &amp; Administration:</b> Oversee the administration of the Power BI Service (gateways, workspaces, security, and deployment pipelines) and ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security protocols (Row-Level Security/RLS).</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Mentorship:</b> Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and analysts on Power BI development standards and data visualization best practices.</div><h3></h3><ul><li><b>Requirements:</b></li><div>Candidates must possess:</div><li>Extensive hands-on experience (4+ years) developing, deploying, and managing solutions within the Microsoft Power BI ecosystem (Power BI Desktop and Service).</li><li>Expert proficiency in DAX for creating complex measures, calculated columns, and tables.</li><li>Strong SQL expertise for data manipulation, querying, and performance tuning of underlying data sources.</li><li>Proven ability to design and implement data models (star/snowflake schema) that support high-performance reporting.</li><li>Experience with Power Query/M-language for advanced data transformation and cleansing.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.       </li><div><br /></div><div><b>Desirable Skills (Added Advantage):</b></div><li><b>Power BI AI Capabilities:</b> Familiarity with Power BI’s AI features such as <b>Key Influencers</b>, <b>Smart Narratives</b>, <b>Q&amp;A (natural language queries)</b>, <b>Anomaly Detection</b>, and <b>Cognitive Services integration</b> to drive advanced analytics and insights.</li><li><b>Knowledge of Other BI Tools:</b> Hands-on experience with Tableau or Looker (LookML) development.</li><li><b>CRM Analytics (CRMA):</b> Prior exposure to Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).</li><li><b>Scripting:</b> Knowledge of Python or R for data preparation or visualization within the BI tool.</li></ul>
