You are a detailed oriented and compassionate collaborator who uses their understanding of strategy, planning, and analytics to help the organization make smarter decisions. Communication is one of your strengths, and you are comfortable presenting and promoting your recommendations in front of senior management. You are a self-starter and consistently looking for ways to improve and make an impact in all areas of the business. How You’ll Make an Impact:  <ul> <li>Champion value creation within the organization</li> <li>Own end-to-end solution development for questions and problems identified by senior leadership</li> <li>Be a trusted partner to our lines of business and functional leaders in generating data insights around capital deployment and servicing strategic decision support</li> <li>Refine our corporate strategy process from mapping competitive spaces / positions, triangulating our addressable markets, and augmenting our business model</li> <li>Support the development of our long-range plans, collaborating with the executive team; our lines of business leaders; and functional leaders</li> <li>Build and harden business cases by providing financial and business acumen support</li> <li>Facilitate internal business reporting mechanisms, including MBRs and OKRs, to align teams and drive fulfillment of business mandates</li> <li>Guide and mentor internal teams</li> </ul> What You’ll Bring to the Table:   <ul> <li>5+ years of business operations, corporate strategy, or management consulting experience</li> <li>Proficiency in developing strategy (e.g., market mapping, market segments, GTM, strategic theory / frameworks, value proposition)</li> <li>Strong business analytics and financial acumen (e.g., business modelling, statistical regression, operating levers, ROI, NPV, capital optimization)</li> <li>Industry expertise in clean-tech, high-tech, consumer electronics, energy services and/or SAAS subscription-based sectors </li> <li>Critical thinking, with ability to postulate, triangulate, and connect the dots across the business</li> <li>Entrepreneurial spirit, balancing the need for both ideation and discipline</li> <li>Exceptional communicator &amp; proven ability to build relationships across all levels</li> <li>Proven ability to present complicated assessments to senior management with clarity</li> <li>Collaborative and inclusive personality</li> <li>Just so you know: The hired candidate will be required to complete a background and credit check </li> </ul> What happens after you apply:   Application review.
