This role works closely with Advertising &amp; Finance partners on a weekly basis to report and provide insight on the health of the business. The role will drive weekly,  monthly &amp; yearly cadences in collaboration with multiple teams including Corporate Finance, Global Markets finance, Marketing teams and Controllership to align the business story and forecasts. What you will accomplish:<ul><li>Provide Finance &amp; Advertising leadership with weekly financial outlook on Advertising revenue trends</li><li>Partnering with Global marketing team to ensure tight alignment with their spend insights to predict the trends for Advertising LOBs</li><li>Be the thought partner for New Ventures by providing business and financial insights, supporting them during strategic planning process, scenario planning and regular finance related activities such as month-end close, accruals etc.</li><li>Manage &amp; deliver quarterly &amp; yearly outlook through forecast &amp; budgeting processes for Advertising business incorporating regional level insights</li><li>Identify areas of efficiencies in FP&amp;A processes and support cross functional efforts on Financial transformation projects within eBay</li><li>Partner with eBays accounting team for quarter-end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results.</li></ul>What you will bring:<ul><li>5+ years in finance, covering areas like FP&amp;A &amp; Business Performance.</li><li>Experience in Financial systems like Anaplan, SAP BPC, SAP BW.</li><li>Strong analytical skills for data manipulation using SQL or similar tools.</li><li>Solid technical skills in spreadsheets and a good grasp of accounting principles.</li><li>A continual improvement mindset, eager to implement best practices.</li><li>Ability to navigate a matrix organization, effectively partnering with multiple roles.</li><li>A curious, critical thinker ready to challenge and influence business decisions.</li><li>High energy and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, global setting.</li></ul>The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:$84,800 - $146,900Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
