This role partners closely with the People Business Partner (PBP) for the Global Technology team to deliver an integrated people and talent strategy — aligning organizational design, performance, and workforce planning with talent growth, learning strategies, leadership capability, and future skills enablement.<h2>What You Will Accomplish: </h2><h3>Strategic Talent Partnership with key stakeholders</h3><ul><li>Partner with the People Business Partner to co-create the Technology people and talent strategy.  </li><li>Provide thought leadership to SVPs/VPs of Technology on building high-performing teams, skills development, and leadership effectiveness.  </li><li>Translate business and technology strategy into actionable talent interventions (e.g., skills development, mobility, succession).  </li></ul><h3>Use Case–Driven Talent Solutions</h3><ul><li>Critical skills acceleration: Partner with the AI Academy and business teams to identify and embed emerging skills into Technology career pathways.  </li><li>Leadership &amp; teaming at scale: Strengthen manager and leadership capability through Leading and teaming offerings, and specifically apply solutions to Technology’s global, hybrid teams.  </li><li>Internal mobility &amp; careers: Bring to life pathways and frameworks that unlock Technology career growth, mobility, and retention of top talent.  </li><li>Onboarding for impact: Deploy Onboarding consistently to ensure Technology talent ramps quickly, contributing to innovation and delivery.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Future Skills &amp; Workforce Transformation</h3><ul><li>Partner with AI Academy and Future Skills teams to design interventions for high-demand skills and roles.  </li><li>Track and measure outcomes to ensure ROI and readiness.  </li></ul><h3>Program Activation &amp; Talent Enablement</h3><ul><li>Drive adoption of global talent success programs (Learning AI, Coaching etc.) in Technology.  </li><li>Embed employee listening insights into action plans to improve engagement, performance, and career satisfaction.  </li><li>Ensure measurable impact of investment in Talent Success programs.  </li></ul><h3>Enterprise Leadership &amp; Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Work hand-in-hand with the PBP and People Team Centers of Excellence to ensure Technology receives seamless, business-aligned support.  </li><li>Represent Technology talent needs in Talent forums and governance councils.  </li><li>Contribute as a member of the Talent Success leadership team, helping to shape eBay’s global talent agenda.  </li></ul><h2></h2><h2>What You Will Bring: </h2><ul><li>12+ years of progressive HR/Talent leadership, with deep experience in Technology/Technology populations.  </li><li>Proven ability to partner with HRBPs/PBPs to deliver integrated people and talent strategies.  </li><li>Strong consulting and advisory skills, able to influence at senior levels.</li><li>Data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into strategy and measurable action.</li></ul>The applicable base pay range for this position is dependent on work location. The base pay range in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro and Seattle Metro is expected in the range below:$190,400 - $254,200The base pay range for all other U.S. work locations is expected in the range below: $148,400 - $220,500Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
