These roles own strategy, execution, internal/external partner engagement, and the evolution of the buyer and seller journey for various categories within the broader US Collectibles portfolio. You will dive deep into the business to understand the drivers and report on business critical metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.</li></ul>  Other qualificationsRequired<ul><li>4-7+ years of relevant experience: Category management, strategy &amp; operations, management consulting, instock management, or similar in e-commercial, retail, consumer goods, or consumer tech.</li><li>BA/BS degree, or equivalent.</li><li>Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills + high-level proficiency in related tools: Google Slides and/or MS Powerpoint.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, experience pulling data/gathering insights, and high-level proficiency in related tools: Google Sheets and/or MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent program/project management skills and high-level proficiency in related tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.</li><li>Travel to industry events, external partners, and eBay offices as-needed (4+ times/year).</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>MBA or similar graduate degree.</li><li>2-sided marketplace experience.</li><li>Industry experience in or personal passion for Collectibles (Trading Cards, Coins, Comics, Toys).</li><li>Proficiency in SQL coding and demonstrated expertise with Data Warehouse pulls.</li></ul>The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:$84,800 - $146,900Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
