Eaton’s FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a Senior Technical Service Specialist. This is a Full-Time role, working M-F Daylight hours. This position has the ability to be Hybrid-Remote (2 days a week from home) and can be located at either our Chanhassen, MN or Tinton Falls, NJ location.  Eaton is a leader in liquid filtration which helps its customers make clean and pure products spanning a range of industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, industrial and municipal water, petrochemicals, marine, automotive, agriculture and construction equipment, or power generation.  The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. <div><div><div><h2>What you’ll do:</h2></div><div> The Senior Technical Service Specialist serves as a key product knowledge expert for sales, customer service, and project coordination. They employ their knowledge of Filtration products to educate internal and external partners, review incoming requests for proposal, and develop accurate and competitive techno-commercial proposals in concert with our sales team and channel partners. Job Responsibilities•    Serve as a primary technical resource supporting the North America and global sales team, distributors, and product end users with accurate product and application knowledge. •    Develop and produce professional techno-commercial proposal packages for complex and custom Filtration product lines in addition to our standard and configurable products. •    Evaluate commercial and technical requirements of requests for proposal, advising customer of conflicts and making recommendations for changes. •    Review incoming project orders and transmit them to the engineering and project coordination teams. •    Conduct in-house and field training on filter sizing, pricing, application, and function to help in the development of market channels’ filter system knowledge. •    Maintain current market knowledge and other job skills through participation in field study, internal and external educational opportunities, and industry affiliations. •    Provide feedback to the engineering and sales team to support new product and market development. •    Assist the marketing and pricing teams in development and maintenance of product literature and price guides. •    Analyze data and prepare quarterly reports on product line sales performance. •    Lead periodic ad-hoc projects in support of sales, marketing, and operations goals. •    Facilitate and engage in intradepartmental learning and cross-training to broaden product knowledge for yourself and other members of the team. •    Support the customer service team by responding to customer phone calls and emails as needed.</div></div><div><div><h2>Qualifications:</h2></div><div> Basic (Required) Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and Four (4)+ years of experience in industrial technical sales, manufacturing operations, or engineering OR HS Diploma and Seven (7)+ years of experience in industrial technical sales, manufacturing operations, or engineering.</li><li>1+ years of experience with liquid filtration applications.</li><li>Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future</li><li>No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
