In this newly created position, you will be responsible for leading cutting-edge engineering technology projects and building the digital thread across the engineering domain with Palantirs powerful artificial intelligence platform (AIP) technology. As the Palantir Engineering Project Lead, you will oversee all Palantir Engineering initiatives, with responsibility for managing the vision and roadmap, ensuring progress towards key milestones, communication to stakeholders, and resolving roadblocks for the team. This dynamic role will ensure teams embrace Agile practices and Scrum framework values, boosting efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</p><p> </p><p>With a strong technical background in Engineering systems, you will drive innovation across our engineering domain, leading projects that revolutionize our industry.</p><p> </p><p><span>The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year.
