Eaton Corporation is seeking a leader to develop and drive Eaton’s marketing strategies Distributed IT organization, part of the Electrical Sector – Americas business. This position can be based in Woodridge, IL, Raleigh, NC, Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA. Reporting to the Distributed IT Marketing Director, this individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives which align to Eaton’s D-IT business objectives, drive brand awareness across Channel and End-Customer markets as well as lead our market research and analytics efforts.

 

The expected annual salary range for this role is $141,000 - $206,800 a year. This position is also eligible for a EIC program.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer and partner acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead thorough market analysis efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, and other marketing departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and enhance the companys brand image and reputation through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in management roles with demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high-performing diverse teams to deliver results.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • No relocation is being offered for this role. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Woodridge, IL OR Raleigh, NC OR Cleveland, OH OR Pittsburgh, PA will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area.
