This is a high-impact role within our Digital Shopping team, which oversees the shopping experience across all digital channels (e-commerce, mobile, and kiosk), digital payments, and loyalty solutions.</p> <p>This leader must possess a deep, technical understanding of the core technologies that power modern e-commerce. Validation:</strong> Design and execute a continuous loop of user research, A/B testing, and direct user feedback mechanisms to validate hypotheses and rapidly optimize shopping flows for conversion and usability.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What You Bring...</strong></h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven history of owning and evolving multi-channel digital products (web, mobile, kiosk/in-store tech).</li> <li>B2B Software Experience (Mandatory): Significant experience building products that serve business customers, with an understanding of configuration, user roles, and enablement tools.</li> <li>Technical Depth: Strong working knowledge of web technologies and key strategic areas like SEO, web hosting infrastructure, and the role of a CMS in personalization and data flow.</li> <li>User Experience &amp;
