In this key position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with managers from teams across Dutchie to drive critical projects that enhance consumer engagement and conversion, fueling growth for both Dutchie and our merchant partners. </p> <p>As the leader of the engineering team, you will establish healthy team practices, translate product strategy into iterative technical delivery, and foster the growth and development of your team members.
