Position Overview:
Dutch Bros is a rapidly growing company on a mission to deliver speed, quality, and service to customers. Dutch Bros Treasury is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the team and support this mission. The ideal candidate brings strong Treasury experience and excellent communication and project management skills. This role reports to the Director of Treasury Operations and will lead day-to-day Treasury Operations, in addition to supporting high-visibility and high-impact projects.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA, CTP, or CPA is a plus)
3-5 years of Finance experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury
Knowledge of banking products and services used by Treasury and Treasury Business Partners (AP, Accounting, Audit)
MS Office Suite experience, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems; SQL a plus
Power BI experience a plus
Must be able to handle multiple, sometimes competing, priorities in a fast-paced environment
Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex sets of data in a timely and efficient manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Location Requirement:
This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Treasury Operations:
Monitor and manage daily cash positioning across corporate accounts, including tracking of daily bank account activity.
Lead improvement of cash flow forecasting processes.
Manage all investment (investment/redemption) and debt related activities (principal and interest payments).
Monitor and track compliance with debt covenants and reporting obligations, ensuring timely communication with lenders and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely execution of wires, ACH transfers, and intercompany settlements.
Maintain appropriate banking controls and fraud mitigation protocols, including updating bank account signers and delegation authority.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Be the subject matter expert for services that Treasury and banking partners provide to address business needs, and lead implementation of new products and services.
Own Treasury’s dashboard for presentation to CFO and Finance Leadership.
Serve as the administrator for all banking portals, managing user access, entitlements, and permissions in alignment with internal controls and compliance requirements.
Own process for issuing Letters of Credit, in partnership with banks, Legal, and the Real Estate team.
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and other Treasury related 3rd party fees.
Project Management:
Lead and manage treasury projects including bank account and banking services transitions, system implementations, and process automation.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Accounting, IT , FP&A, Shop Operations) to support Treasury initiatives and projects.
Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Track project milestones, risks, and outcomes with clear reporting to leadership.
Internal Controls & Compliance:
Maintain and enforce treasury policies and procedures across all store operations.
Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, audit standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors, tax teams, and external banks for required documentation and reporting.

Physical Requirements:
In-Office Environment: Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings
Office Conditions: Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levels
Mobility: Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches. Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds
Hearing Requirements: Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls. Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.
Reading and Writing Proficiency: Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions. Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.
Vision Requirements: Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.
Technology Proficiency: Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software.
Effective Communication: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools.
