The team provides leveraged support for all E&amp;I manufacturing sites worldwide.This role can be performed remotely with an expectation of up to 25% travel to support site A&amp;PC projects within the Asia-Pacific region.Your key responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategic Automation Support: Provide strategic level automation and process control technical services to all Qnity Electronics businesses to drive revenue growth and improve asset effectiveness.</li><li>Engineering Principles: Apply engineering principles, industry standards, and knowledge to support the selection, development, implementation, commissioning, and validation of the successful operation of process control applications and solutions.</li><li>Project Leadership: Lead capital project teams to achieve automation and process control objectives.</li><li>Vendor and System Integrator Management: Provide directions to vendors and system integrators to ensure high quality deliverables.</li><li>Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide assistance for new project start-ups, test runs, and special procedures as needed.</li></ul>             Qualifications: <ul><li>Education and Experience:<ul><li>B.S. Engineering</li><li>+10 years of experience in developing and commissioning process control applications.</li></ul></li><li>Technical Expertise: <ul><li>Demonstrated expertise in DCS/PLC architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.  Emerson DeltaV and/or Rockwell PLC/HMI preferred. </li><li>Batch programming experience is preferred.</li><li>Understanding of the principles of operation, reliability, and performance characteristics of instrumentation, drives, measurements, analyzers, and control valves.</li></ul></li><li>Industry Standards: <ul><li>Experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) systems with High Hazard Processes; specifically, SIS lifecycle (IEC 61511-1), alarm management lifecycle (AM: ANSI/ISA 18.22016), and A&amp;PC Cybersecurity (IEC 62443-2-1).</li><li>Experience with process safety standards and their application to chemical manufacturing facilities.</li></ul></li><li>Project Leadership and Improvement: <ul><li>Experience championing and implementing improvements in systems capabilities in a manufacturing plant environment.</li><li>Demonstrated success in managing and leading both long-term programs/projects as well as addressing short-term operational issues.</li></ul></li><li>Language Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in Mandarin and English.</li></ul></li></ul>Join our <a href="http://careers.dupont.com/us/en/jointalentcommunity" target="_blank">Talent Community</a> to stay connected with us!On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders.
