Also supports the organization with technical expertise in prioritized projects and collaborates across the organisation with second-line support, development, infrastructure, cloud, network teams and the incident managers.</div><h3>Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li><b>Infrastructure Management</b>: Design, implement, and maintain Windows-based infrastructure solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security.</li><li><b>Automation</b>: Develop and manage automation scripts using Ansible and Terraform to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.</li><li><b>Version Control</b>: Utilize GitHub for version control, collaboration, and code review processes.</li><li><b>Monitoring and Troubleshooting</b>: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability and efficiency.</li><li><b>On-Call Support</b>: Provide on-call support for critical infrastructure issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.</li><li><b>Collaboration</b>: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to align infrastructure solutions with business requirements and best practices.</li><li><b>Documentation</b>: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.</li></ul><h3>Requirements: </h3><ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Windows infrastructure engineering, with a focus on automation and cloud technologies.</li><li>Technical education – University or related</li><li>Proficiency in Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GitHub for version control and collaboration.</li><li>Experience with monitoring tools and techniques.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, similar are a plus.</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills in English</li></ul><h3>Tech stack &amp; tools: </h3><ul><li>VMware</li><li>Windows OS solid knowledge</li><li>Powershell scripting</li><li>ServiceNow</li><li>Ansible/Terraform</li><li>Splunk</li><li>Jira, Confluence</li><li>English speaking</li></ul><div>All Dun &amp; Bradstreet job postings can be found at <a href="https://www.dnb.com/about-us/careers-and-people/joblistings.html">https://www.dnb.com/about-us/careers-and-people/joblistings.html</a> and <a href="https://jobs.lever.co/dnb">https://jobs.lever.co/dnb</a>.
