As a senior member, you will be responsible for architecting and developing modern web applications using JavaScript and ReactJS. You collaborate closely with global teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and accessible solutions that meet our customers needs.</span></div><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Architect, design, and develop accessible front-end components and features for web applications using JavaScript and ReactJS.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable code and follow industry best practices for software development with a focus on accessibility standards.</li><li>Manage VPAT, lead WCAG testing, and provide guidance and guardrails to the team on A11Y best practices.</li><li>Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and accessibility.</li><li>Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions to drive innovation and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with design and product teams to create intuitive and accessible user interfaces.</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements:</h3><ul><li>5+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.</li><li>Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and best practices.
