Based in our beautiful London offices located in Paddington, this role is pivotal in driving excellence in data governance, operational delivery, and enterprise-wide data management. As a leader, you will oversee a team of talented analysts and data specialists who serve as subject matter experts in governance, insights, and control. </div><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead a team of technical experts and program managers within the UK &amp; Ireland responsible for sourcing data solutions, evaluating vendors and platforms, and managing vendor relationships to support scalable, secure, cost-effective data maintenance and operations</li><li>Implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis, with a focus on the scalable nature of all processes</li><li>Build out a global response and support of data incident management for UK &amp; Ireland</li><li>Deliver on all strategic and tactical objectives for our department while collaborating with various global teams to bring the best data products to our customers</li><li>Lead aspects of the data governance function to deliver operational excellence through the implementation of Dun &amp; Bradstreets established data standards, practices, methodologies, and tools</li><li>Drive compliance programs to maintain adherence with data quality framework and standards including adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data; identify continuous improvement opportunities through automation and simplification.</li><li>Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support data governance initiatives and products, building and testing Proof of Concept that meet business needs</li><li>Grow and develop the members of the team with respect to their personal and professional aspirations, providing critical feedback to coach them along their paths</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data management or other relevant discipline</li><li>10 years+ of experience in a Senior Data Management role</li><li>Strong knowledge in data wrangling tools such as Talend and Python</li><li>Good knowledge in the latest AI technologies</li><li>Excellent communication, collaborative and relationship building skills.</li><li>Have a transformation mindset, have a track record of successfully navigating and collaborating within complex matrixed organizations, and having discussions with key stakeholders and senior leadership</li><li>Ability to work with diverse teams, in a dynamic environment, as part of a global team while managing multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Able to work from our Paddington office at least 3 days a week</li></ul><div><i>Whilst some roles do have certain requirements which are essential, we try to focus on hiring based on potential rather than CV as much as possible.
