Are you ready to join the Taste, Texture & Health (TTH) Ingredient Solutions division on its journey to harmonized commercial processes and taking pricing to the next level? TTH Ingredient Solutions (ISOL) Global Commercial team is looking for a Commercial & Pricing Analyst to play a key role in transitioning to streamlined, data driven and future proof pricing and commercial processes.

The Commercial & Pricing Analyst is a key role that drives this ambition by conducting price analyses, preparing target price proposals, driving commercial excellence through system and process optimization, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards and steering product volume allocations at times of product shortage. The role reports into the Head of Global Commercial Management, TTH Ingredient Solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in business, finance, economics, or data science, and relevant experience in pricing and commercial analysis. Your key responsibilities

  • Target Pricing: develop adequate target price settings based on strategies and latest commercial insights, facilitate target price review cycles, maintain global target price systems, and support new pricing logic development
  • Commercial & Pricing Analysis: analyze price & margin performance against targets, monitor cost developments, gather and process competitor insights, propose price improvement actions, and support regions with commercial analysis standards and practices
  • Reporting & Insights: co-develop relevant KPIs, develop and maintain relevant reports and dashboards, leverage digital technologies to ensure data integrity, report automation and enhanced user experience
  • Product Allocation: coordinate and monitor supply availability during product shortages, analyze and calculate monthly global product allocation for relevant products, monitor demand/supply fluctuations, and act as an interface between regional commercial and global supply teams
  • Processes and tooling: serve as a key user of relevant tools, represent the commercial function in projects, contribute to continuous improvement of commercial and pricing processes and tooling
  • Commercial Communication & Support: support global commercial communication, facilitate commercial update calls, act as deputy of global commercial managers

  • Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 60,000 to € 90,000 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more

 

You bring

  • A Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience with pricing analysis, commercial analysis, financial analysis, or a related role
  • Experience with pricing strategies, target pricing, and business analytics
  • Knowledge of financial metrics and KPIs related to sales and pricing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into relevant insights
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Commercial savviness, eye for detail and the ability to work with limited supervision
  • A broad interest in digital technologies and AI applications
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage market dynamics, particularly of food ingredients industry is a pre
  • Fluency in English is a must, any other language is an asset
