A strong track record in the baking and confectionery industry and experience in enzyme sales</li><li>Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders across global accounts</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills</li><li>Cross-functional expertise across regulatory, commercial, and application domains, enabling a holistic and innovative approach</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time</li><li>An advanced degree (bachelor´s or higher) in business, finance, or a science or technology field related to food &amp; beverages</li></ul> The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $128,700.00-$150,000.00. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
