As a Leadership Rotation Network (LRN) Analyst Intern, youll be assigned to a single middle or back-office team, such as Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Risk, Business Management, or Finance, for the full 10-week internship. During that time, youll contribute meaningfully to your teams objectives and gain in-depth experience in your specific area of placement. How we expect our LRN Interns to make an impact: <ul> <li>Apply your acquired knowledge and skills to deliver tangible value in your assigned team</li> <li>Lead projects and participate in daily processes, gaining insight into your team’s scope and their collective role in supporting our trading business</li> <li>Analyze situations, develop solutions aligned with our strategic goals and respond constructively to feedback</li> <li>Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and gain a “behind the scenes” look at how our trading functions work together cohesively</li> </ul> Effectively collaborate within diverse teams and build lasting relationships with cohort members and the LRN community Youll be right at home if you have: <ul> <li>A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.</li> <li>Basic proficiency in Python and/or SQL, which might include: <ul> <li>Python: Experience with pandas, handling CSV/JSON files, API interaction (requests), and writing scripts/classes. Knowledge of conda/virtualenv, GitHub, and matplotlib/seaborn is a plus.</li> <li>SQL: Ability to write intermediate queries (JOINs, CTEs, PIVOT) for data transformation. Mentors and mentees meet to discuss goals, challenges and professional development and explore the city together at our mentor outings. </li> <li>Education: As part of your onboarding, youll participate in a 5-day market fundamentals course that will equip you with essential knowledge about the trading industry and the critical roles of middle and back-office functions. In addition, throughout the summer, youll have the opportunity to engage in a speaker series designed to further your understanding of DRWs scope and operations.
