Be able to manage ambitious timelines, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and lead the successful execution of complex, cross-functional engineering programs.</span></li> <li><span>Stakeholder Management:</span><span> Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to foster alignment and drive collective success. </span></li> <li><span>Technical Excellence:</span><span> Apply your deep technical expertise and domain aptitude to drive innovative solutions across various engineering programs. </span></li> <li><span>Exceptional Communication:</span><span> Expertly communicate progress across all levels of the organization, and be able to regularly communicate and present to executive leadership on behalf of your team.</span></li> <li><span>Leading Through Influence</span><span>: As a strong leader, you will collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across Engineering, Product Management, Design and Marketing to successfully influence decisions and drive results. You will use your technical acumen and operational excellence to help the team achieve their ambitious OKRs.</span></li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li><span>8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry</span></li> <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent years of work experience </span></li> <li><span>Strong technical experience in building distributed systems, platforms and products at scale </span></li> <li><span>Solid technical aptitude with an ability to understand technical architectures and speak to system design, reliability and scalability challenges, and design tradeoffs </span></li> <li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting in large groups and handling high-pressure communication with senior management</span></li> <li><span>Experience managing large, cross-functional programs with technical depth and expert program management skills</span></li> <li><span>Experience with 0→1 initiatives and bringing new products to the market</span></li> <li><span>Must have a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle</span></li> <li><span>Detail oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with ambitious priorities </span></li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><span>Experience with building infrastructure platforms, search systems and AI/ML products</span></li> <li><span>Expertise</span><span> in </span><span>program</span><span> management </span><span>tools and software</span> <span>(e.g.,</span><span> J</span><span>ira</span><span>, </span><span>Airtable</span><span>, Asana, etc</span><span>.</span><span>)</span></li> </ul> <div> <div> <h2><span>Compensation</span></h2> </div> </div><div><div><div><p><span>US Zone 1</span></p> <p><span>This role is not available in Zone 1</span></p></div><div>US Zone 2</div><div><span>$162,200</span><span>—</span><span>$219,400 USD</span></div></div><div><div>US Zone 3</div><div><span>$144,200</span><span>—</span><span>$195,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
