As a member of the Dash SDET team, you will lead the development of robust automation frameworks and testing strategies that uphold the highest standards of quality. Check out our blog post on this topic and more </span><span><a href="https://dropbox.tech/culture/sharing-our-engineering-career-framework-with-the-world" target="_blank">here</a></span><span>.</span></p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><span>Design and implement robust, scalable, high-quality test automation solutions, enhancing and developing best-in-class frameworks</span></li> <li><span>Deliver ongoing business impact through ownership of product capabilities or technical systems.</span></li> <li><span>Lead the development of Test Strategies, Test processes, and Quality Metrics that demonstrate impact.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate closely with developers, product management, and cross-functional agile teams to ensure full test coverage.</span></li> <li><span>Identify and communicate risks about our releases, ensuring our products deliver value to our customers beyond the immediate area of responsibility.</span></li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li><span>8+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in building automation frameworks.</span></li> <li><span>BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.</span></li> <li><span>Extensive experience developing test automation for software applications.</span></li> <li><span>Expertise with Playwright, Selenium, and other end-to-end test automation frameworks.</span></li> <li><span>Experience in frontend</span> <span>(TypeScript,</span><span> React) and backend</span> <span>(Python,</span><span> Node.js) development testing strategies.</span></li> <li><span>Experience developing and maintaining continuous integration and test pipeline tools</span> <span>(e.g.,</span><span> Docker, Jenkins).</span></li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><span>Experience building on multiple platforms</span> <span>(Web,</span><span> Desktop, Mobile, and API).</span></li> <li><span>Experience in technical strategy development and driving cross-team initiatives.</span></li> <li><span>Exceptional attention to detail, deep engagement in product development, and a constant focus on customer experience.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span>Compensation</span></h2> <p><span>Dropbox applies increased tax deductible costs to remuneration earned by certain qualifying employees (to the extent an employee will be involved in the creation of the software as an “author”) for the transfer of copyrights, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Income Tax Act.</span></p><div><div><div>Poland Pay Range</div><div><span>314 500 zł</span><span>—</span><span>425 500 zł PLN</span></div></div></div>
