You will play a critical role in supporting Dropbox’s quote-to-cash process, enabling seamless product configuration, pricing, and quoting. Partnering with Sales, Finance, and IT, you will design and deliver scalable CPQ solutions that align with Dropbox’s long-term growth strategy. This role provides exposure to senior leadership, complex system design, and the opportunity to shape a foundational platform for Dropbox’s commerce operations.</span></p> <h2><span>Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>Salesforce CPQ Development:</span><span> Assist in design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements and enhance the overall quote-to-cash process</span></li> <li><span>Customization:</span><span> Customize and enhance CPQ workflows to optimize the quoting process.</span></li> <li><span>Integration:</span><span> Work closely with the ITS team to integrate CPQ systems with other business applications</span></li> <li><span>Requirements Gathering:</span><span> Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze CPQ requirements, translating them into technical solutions</span></li> <li><span>Testing and Deployment:</span><span> Perform thorough testing of CPQ solutions, manage deployments, and ensure the stability of the Salesforce environment</span></li> <li><span>Documentation:</span><span> Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and release notes</span></li> <li><span>Support &amp; Troubleshooting</span><span>: Investigate, resolve, and prevent issues in the CPQ ecosystem, ensuring high availability and reliability</span></li> </ul> <h2><span>Requirements</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development focused on CPQ</span></li> <li><span>Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist</span> <span>(or</span><span> equivalent certification) required</span></li> <li><span>Proven ability to customize Salesforce objects and platform features</span> <span>(configuration,</span><span> triggers, Flows, Process Builder, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)</span></li> <li><span>Successfully led and delivered at least 3</span><span>+</span><span> end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations</span></li> <li><span>Strong knowledge of integration techniques</span> <span>(Boomi,</span><span> REST, SOAP APIs)</span></li> <li><span>Solid grasp of relational database design and data modeling</span></li> <li><span>Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with proven capability to manage multiple priorities and partner with pr</span><span>oduct</span><span> managers</span></li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><span>Salesforce Developer Platform I or Admin certification</span></li> <li><span>Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers</span></li> <li><span>Background in object-oriented programming beyond Salesforce</span> <span>(e.g.,</span><span> Java, C#, Python)</span></li> <li><span>Experience working in large-scale, global Salesforce environments</span></li> </ul> <div> <div> <h2><span>Compensation</span></h2> </div> </div><div><div><div>Canada Pay Range</div><div><span>$108,800</span><span>—</span><span>$147,200 CAD</span></div></div></div>
