This is a<strong> </strong>junior-level role designed for someone who is excited to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation in SaaS marketing.</span></p> <p><span>In this role, you’ll lead daily coordination across marketing ops, reporting, and procurement while taking ownership of the execution and growth of our Affiliate Program. Youll collaborate across functions, test new ideas quickly, and help build scalable processes that drive impact.</span></p> <p><span>If you’re energized by experimentation, results-driven, and excited to work with a small, high-performing team building something big, this is the opportunity for you.</span></p> <h2><span>Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>Manage and grow Reclaim’s Affiliate Program by reviewing applications, onboarding new partners, and driving ongoing engagement with high-potential affiliates.</span></li> <li><span>Develop partner enablement materials including onboarding guides, templates, incentives, and campaign communications to support and activate affiliates.</span></li> <li><span>Track and report on marketing performance by pulling and analyzing weekly/monthly data across paid, organic, and partner channels to surface actionable insights.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate with paid media and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely updates across channels.</span></li> <li><span>Support trade show and event planning, including researching opportunities, managing timelines, and executing logistics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li><span>Manage procurement and operational workflows across the marketing team, ensuring efficient vendor onboarding and budget tracking.</span></li> <li><span>Drive cross-functional coordination by helping the team stay aligned on timelines, deliverables, and processes across projects and campaigns.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span>Requirements</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>1-2+ years of experience in SaaS/app marketing</span></li> <li><span>Experience using AI tools to optimize marketing workflows</span></li> <li><span>Experience using HubSpot</span> <span>(or</span><span> equivalent marketing platform)</span></li> <li><span>A startup mentality—resourceful, agile, proactive, and ready to take ownership across a variety of tasks</span></li> <li><span>Strong skills in Excel or GoogleSheets and data reporting tools to track marketing performance metrics</span></li> <li><span>Creative problem-solver with experience supporting product marketing campaigns and GTM launches</span></li> <li><span>A collaborative team player who communicates clearly, lifts others up, and brings positive energy to the team</span></li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><span>Experience working with partners on co-marketing opportunities</span></li> <li><span>Experience in trade show/event planning</span></li> <li><span>Experience engaging with customers and gathering feedback to inform product and marketing efforts</span></li> <li><span>Experience running A/B tests and optimizing marketing campaigns</span></li> <li><span>Experience working with Advertising platforms</span> <span>(Meta</span><span> Ads, Google Ads, etc.)</span></li> </ul> <h2><span>Compensation</span></h2><div><div><div>Canada Pay Range</div><div><span>$88,400</span><span>—</span><span>$119,600 CAD</span></div></div></div>
