<h2>Role Information</h2> <p><span>Dropbox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced<span> </span></span><span>Senior Analyst, Treasury</span><span><span> </span>to join our Finance organization. This role will be responsible for the administration of the Company’s debt portfolio, including term loan management, interest and amortization payments, covenant compliance, and execution of core treasury operations. The Senior Analyst, Treasury will play a critical role in safeguarding liquidity, ensuring compliance with debt obligations, and supporting strategic capital structure objectives. </span><span>This Senior Analyst role will report to the Senior Director of Treasury. </span><span>Our ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for all things Treasury, is organized, analytical and has strong communication and collaboration skills.</span></p> <h2><span>Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>Oversee administration of the Company’s term loan facilities, ensuring accuracy of loan records and compliance with contractual requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Manage scheduling, calculation, and execution of interest and principal payments.</span></li> <li><span>Reconcile debt balances and confirm payment accuracy with counterparties.</span></li> <li><span>Monitor compliance with all financial and non-financial covenants under the Company’s credit agreements.</span></li> <li><span>Prepare, review, and submit covenant compliance certificates and lender deliverables in a timely manner.</span></li> <li><span>Support daily global cash management, liquidity forecasting, and funding activities.</span></li> <li><span>Partner with Accounting, FP&amp;A, Tax, and Legal teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment on treasury-related matters.</span></li> <li><span>Contribute to the optimization of capital structure and financing strategies in line with corporate objectives.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain robust internal controls in compliance with SOX requirements and Company policies.</span></li> <li><span>Identify opportunities to enhance treasury processes, reporting, and systems to drive scalability and efficiency.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span>Requirements</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline</span></li> <li><span>3-7+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or banking, with significant exposure to debt and capital markets.</span></li> <li><span>Strong technical understanding of credit agreements, loan mechanics, and covenant frameworks.</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated experience with treasury management systems and ERP platforms.</span></li> <li><span>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.</span></li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><span><span>Masters degree in Finance, CFA, or CTP</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in a public company environment with exposure to SOX compliance, credit rating agency processes, or capital markets transactions</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proficiency with advanced treasury tools or data automation</span></span> <span><span>(e.g.,</span></span><span><span> Kyriba, SAP Treasury, or SQL/Python for reporting/analysis) to enhance scalability and efficiency</span></span></li> </ul> <h2><span>Compensation</span></h2><div><div><div><p><span>US Zone 1</span></p> <p><span>This role is not available in Zone 1</span></p></div><div>US Zone 2</div><div><span>$109,100</span><span>—</span><span>$147,500 USD</span></div></div><div><div>US Zone 3</div><div><span>$96,900</span><span>—</span><span>$131,100 USD</span></div></div></div>
