As a Learning Designer and Facilitator focused on learning and leadership development across Dropbox, you’ll support the evolution of how we grow our people in a Virtual First environment. You will play a crucial role in areas such as program design, facilitation of scalable and inclusive learning experiences, curriculum evaluation and iteration, and management of Dropbox’s coaching program.</span></p> <p><span>Your work will include collaborating with cross-functional partners and designing learner-centered experiences. You’ll get to shape high-impact development experiences that reach managers and ICs across Dropbox, drive measurable behavior change, and help create a learning culture rooted in reflection, curiosity, and experimentation. You’ll play a key role in the ongoing strategy of learning at Dropbox.</span></p> <h2><span>Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>Design and deliver modern, learner-centered experiences rooted in instructional design best practices and Dropbox values.</span></li> <li><span>Design and facilitate engaging workshops across virtual and in-person formats for audiences at all levels.</span></li> <li><span>Consult with business leaders to develop custom learning or organizational development solutions that address team or function-specific challenges.</span></li> <li><span>Evaluate and iterate on learning programs using feedback, behavior change data, and impact metrics.</span></li> <li><span>Bring a spirit of innovation and curiosity to learning design—experimenting with new formats, tools</span> <span>(including</span><span> AI), and methods to enhance the learner experience.</span></li> <li><span>Design senior leadership programs that align to Dropbox’s learning philosophy and approach.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span>Requirements</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field</span> <span>(e.g.,</span><span> Learning &amp; Development, Organizational Development, Education).</span></li> <li><span>At least </span><span>8</span><span> years of experience in instructional design, facilitation, or leadership development within a corporate or high-growth environment.</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design models, and behavior change principles.</span></li> <li><span>Strong facilitation skills across virtual and in-person environments, with comfort engaging diverse audiences.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and data, and make evidence-based improvements.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, Virtual First environment.</span></li> <li><span>Experience integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency, personalization, or insight generation in L&amp;D or operational contexts.</span></li> <li><span>Proven success applying</span><span> HR as a</span><span> product approaches to program design, with a focus on driving learner outcomes and operational excellence.</span></li> <li><span>Comfort with </span><span>UX/</span><span>design thinking principles to co-create, test, and refine learner-centric experiences in fast-moving, data-informed environments.</span></li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><span>Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.</span></li> <li><span>Organizational development experience.</span></li> <li><span>Coaching certification or experience partnering with executive coaches or coaching vendors.</span></li> <li><span>Experience with learning technologies and authoring tools</span> <span>(e.g.,</span><span> LMS platforms, Articulate, Miro, AI-powered learning tools like Synthesia or Sana).</span></li> <li><span>Experience working in a tech-forward or hybrid/Virtual First organization.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span>Compensation</span></h2><div><div><div><p><span>US Zone 1</span></p> <p><span>This role is not available in Zone 1</span></p></div><div>US Zone 2</div><div><span>$137,700</span><span>—</span><span>$186,300 USD</span></div></div><div><div>US Zone 3</div><div><span>$122,400</span><span>—</span><span>$165,600 USD</span></div></div></div>
