<h2><span>Role Description</span></h2> <p><span>We’re seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive </span><span>Executive Business Partner</span> <span>(EBP)</span><span> to support the GM of New Initiatives at Dropbox. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-moving, high-impact part of the business that’s focused on launching and scaling new products and ideas.</span></p> <p><span>In this role, you’ll work closely with the GM to drive priorities forward, manage day-to-day operations, and create leverage across a broad range of strategic and operational projects. You’ll be at the center of a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners and helping bring clarity, focus, and follow-through to critical initiatives.</span></p> <p><span>While Dropbox is Virtual First, this role will require periodic in-person presence at our San Francisco studio for key meetings, events, and working sessions. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a mix of strategic and tactical work.</span></p> <h2><span>Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>Executive Support</span><span> – Manage the GM’s calendar, priorities, and workflows with accuracy and foresight. Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure the GM’s time is spent on the highest-impact work.</span></li> <li><span>Meeting &amp; Project Preparation</span><span> – Coordinate agendas, prep materials, and briefing docs for internal and external engagements; capture follow-ups and ensure timely execution.</span></li> <li><span>Operational Leverage</span><span> – Help run the</span> <span>“operating</span><span> system” for the GM’s office, streamlining communication, tracking priorities, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>Event &amp; Offsite Coordination</span><span> – Support planning and logistics for team offsites, partner meetings, and cross-functional sessions.</span></li> <li><span>Cross-Functional Liaison</span><span> – Build strong relationships across the organization to help drive initiatives forward, unblock issues, and surface the right information at the right time.</span></li> <li><span>Travel &amp; Logistics</span><span> – Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other operational tasks as needed.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span>Requirements</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>2+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, or a related role, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li><span>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.</span></li> <li><span>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>High integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.</span></li> <li><span>Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing needs.</span></li> </ul> <div> <div> <h2><span>Compensation</span></h2> </div> </div><div><div><div>US Zone 1</div><div><span>$115,500</span><span>—</span><span>$156,300 USD</span></div></div><div><div>US Zone 2</div><div><span>$104,000</span><span>—</span><span>$140,600 USD</span></div></div><div><div>US Zone 3</div><div><span>$92,400</span><span>—</span><span>$125,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
