If a team has an on-call rotation, all engineers on the team are expected to participate in the rotation as part of their employment. Applicants are encouraged to ask for more details of the rotations to which the applicant is applying.</span></span></p> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li><span>5</span><span>+ years of experience in software engineering or related industry roles.</span></li> <li><span>BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding</span> <span>(e.g.,</span><span> physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience).</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated success in developing and deploying large-scale web applications with a user-focused approach.</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in building user-facing software and supporting web/desktop systems and libraries.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to handle full-stack projects and deliver minimum viable products efficiently.</span></li> <li><span>Willingness to participate in on-call rotations if required by the team.</span></li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><span>Highly skilled at developing and debugging in Rust, C++.</span></li> <li><span>Experience with operating system internals, filesystems, databases, compiler.</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of Python.</span></li> <li><span>Proven software engineering skills across multiple languages.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span>Compensation</span></h2><div><div><div>Canada Pay Range</div><div><span>$168,300</span><span>—</span><span>$227,700 CAD</span></div></div></div>
