Now we’re bringing that power directly into the heart of Dropbox: our File, Sync, and Share</span> <span>(FSS)</span><span> experience used by millions.</span></p> <p><span>We’re looking for senior engineers to help us embed Dash into Core, not just as a future vision, but as an immediate, top-priority initiative. Check out our blog post on this topic and more </span><span><a href="https://dropbox.tech/culture/sharing-our-engineering-career-framework-with-the-world" target="_blank">here</a></span><span>.</span></p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><span>Design and build AI-powered product experiences directly into the Dropbox FSS flow.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with product and design partners to bring Dash capabilities</span> <span>(search,</span><span> ask, summarize) into the Core experience.</span></li> <li><span>Use AI to simplify key user journeys, like onboarding and team setup.</span></li> <li><span>Work end-to-end: define, prototype, ship, and iterate on features in production.</span></li> <li><span>Drive the integration between Dropbox’s AI platform and product surface areas.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><span>Many teams at Dropbox run Services with on-call rotations, which entails being available for calls during both core and non-core business hours. If a team has an on-call rotation, all engineers on the team are expected to participate in the rotation as part of their employment.
