Your mission: identify, define, and drive the integration of AI tools and agentic workflows that make our GTM teams faster, smarter, and more efficient.</span></div> <div><span>This is not a deeply technical role; instead, success requires a deep understanding of GTM processes, a systems mindset, and a knack for turning complex challenges into high-impact AI applications.</span><span> This is a role for someone who sees AI as a means to rethink tired GTM processes, not just speed them up. Someone who’s applied AI tooling</span> <span>(even</span><span> scrappily) to real business ops and wants to go further.</span></div> <h2><span>Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>Identify high-impact opportunities to integrate AI into internal and customer-facing workflows across GTM teams.</span></li> <li><span>Partner with the Customer Support AI Program Manager to expand and optimize our conversational chatbot, ensuring seamless cross-team coordination.</span></li> <li><span>Define agentic workflows that streamline tasks and reduce friction for Sellers and GTM operators.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate closely with AI/engineering partners to translate operational logic into scalable solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Gather feedback from GTM stakeholders to iteratively improve AI solutions and workflows.</span></li> <li><span>Support change management and user adoption, helping teams understand and embrace new AI-powered capabilities.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span>Requirements</span></h2> <ul> <li><span>Experience implementing and operationalizing AI solutions at scale - specifically in a Saas GTM context.</span></li> <li><span>Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Operations with a strong track record of solving problems through technology</span></li> <li><span>Deep understanding of GTM systems and workflows</span> <span>(e.g.,</span><span> Salesforce, CPQ, enablement tools, Customer Engagement Platforms)</span></li> <li><span>Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, aligning engineering delivery with real-world business needs</span></li> <li><span>Strong systems thinking, with the ability to design end-to-end processes that scale</span></li> <li><span>A bias for action and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment</span></li> <li><span>Natural ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment</span></li> <li><span>Passion for AI, experimentation, and continuous improvement</span></li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><span>A self-starter and who is able to thrive in ambiguity</span></li> <li><span>Comfortable leading x-functional working teams</span> <span>(leading</span><span> without authority)</span></li> <li><span>Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform business improvement recommendations</span></li> </ul> <h2><span>Compensation</span></h2><div><div><div><p><span>US Zone 1</span></p> <p><span>This role is not available in Zone 1</span></p></div><div>US Zone 2</div><div><span>$140,800</span><span>—</span><span>$190,400 USD</span></div></div><div><div>US Zone 3</div><div><span>$125,100</span><span>—</span><span>$169,300 USD</span></div></div></div>
