The BDRs will report directly to the Manager of EMEA to act as a key partner to the industry sales teams and marketing department. In this role, BDRs will work strategically with AEs to target net new accounts and expand existing customer accounts. They will do this by performing research to develop tailored messaging strategies in tandem with marketing campaigns and conducting detailed discovery conversations to drive pipeline generation at DroneDeploy. Our ideal candidate is genuinely curious, intrinsically driven and holds an entrepreneurial spirit. Share with us your distinctive strengths; were keen to understand the unique perspectives you bring to the table. </div><div><br /></div><div><b>Work Environment </b></div><div><b>&gt; Work Hours:</b><span> Able to work Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM BST, but longer hours may be requested. </span></div><div><b>&gt; Work Model: </b><span>In Hybrid: This role combines both in-office and remote work, with a requirement to be in the office at least four days per week.</span></div><div><b>&gt; Work Travel:</b><span> This role is more desk-based BUT there is an expectation that travel would be involved around events in particular (1-4 trade shows per quarter -25%).</span></div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Achieve and exceed your monthly and quarterly goals by generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. </li><li>Work in partnership with Account Executives to build account strategies, territory plans, and outreach campaigns. </li><li>Research intent signals to find companies considering our products and services or similar solutions on the market.
