You’ll cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prepare and deliver proposals, contracts and presentations. You’ll also:</div><ul><li>Oversee projects so they are successful. </li><li>Coordinate projects, resolving any scheduling, staffing or quality issues.</li><li>Lead project teams, including staff and subconsultants, to deliver results.</li><li>Invoice clients, provide explanations for billed items and follow up on accounts.</li><li>Maintain client confidentiality and follow company standards for online filing and documentation.</li><li>Perform Root Cause Analysis for project write-offs and ensure quality control for assigned projects.</li><li>Communicate technical concepts and ideas to clients and team members.</li><li>Prioritize tasks and follow tight deadlines.</li><li>Work across multiple disciplines to cross-market services. </li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>What it takes<br /></strong>Ideally, you’ll have a bachelor’s degree with five to seven years of experience in project management.
