We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented early career professional to join our Community Development team in our Boston, MA office beginning in December—an ideal opportunity for December 2025 graduates! Work as a member of a team on projects including land development; urban infill and redevelopment, municipal projects, mixed-use commercial/residential, educational facilities, permitting, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design site layout, grading, utilities, and erosion & sediment controls
  • Design stormwater management systems
  • Assist in preparing design drawings and reports
  • Conduct fieldwork for site assessments and data collection
  • Oversee construction activities and ensure project compliance
  • Assist in the preparation and writing of permits
