As a Real Estate Strategy & Analytics Analyst, you will own and manage projects related to the Trilon real estate portfolio, including analyzing data to support the alignment of completing special projects as assigned to support quality decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate portfolio
Assist in the due diligence process for new leases, lease renewals and acquired leases
Maintain and update real estate databases and tracking systems
Support a series of recurring financial reports to include monthly and quarterly performance of the real estate portfolio and recent transactions
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations by effectively communicating findings to business leaders
Partner with real estate leads and other business units to help build holistic business cases for lease renewals, expansions and relocations
Assist with the preparations of presentation materials
Provide ad hoc support to the Finance Team as needed
