In this hybrid role, you’ll recruit and manage a diverse ecosystem of partners—including VARs, SIs, and distributors—while acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. If you’re a go-getter with a “hunter” mentality, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Partner Development:</li><li>Recruit and empower partners (VARs, SIs, distributors) to expand market presence in the datacenters of enterprise customers.</li><li>Develop joint business plans, execute quarterly reviews, and foster enthusiasm within partner sales and engineering teams to promote our solutions.</li><li>End-User Engagement:</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise and neo-cloud customers, aligning our solutions with their unique business needs.</li><li>Revenue Growth:</li><li>Drive quarterly sales targets through partner-led and direct sales initiatives.</li><li>Build and monitor a robust partner-driven sales pipeline.</li><li>Enablement:</li><li>Orchestrate impactful training sessions and develop resources like playbooks and pricing guides to ensure partner success.</li><li>Collaboration:</li><li>Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with overall company goals.</li></ul> Must-Have:<ul><li>7+ years of both direct as well as channel/alliance sales within the Data Center networking or AI&amp;HPC or Storage industries.</li><li>Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical features into clear business value.</li><li>Proven success in partner recruitment and enablement, driving measurable revenue growth.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.</li><li>A tenacious, assertive, and results-driven “hunter” mindset—committed to getting things done!</li></ul>Nice-to-Have:<ul><li>Previous experience as a sales engineer or solutions architect in the HPC or networking space.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul>If your experience is close but doesn’t fulfill all requirements, please apply.
