About the role: We’re looking for a driven and creative Account Executive to help grow Dribbble’s Brand Advertising business. You’ll partner with leading global brands that want to reach and inspire our design community, helping them craft meaningful campaigns that resonate with people who shape their products and visuals every day. This is not traditional ad sales. It’s about curating authentic brand connections within one of the most influential design audiences in the world. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to craft standout experiences for partners whose tools and products fuel creative work everywhere. Experience in advertising sales is a must, and an appreciation for design and creative process will help you thrive here. As an Account Executive, youll be responsible for: <ul> <li>Running proactive outbound campaigns. Develop and execute targeted outbound initiatives to attract new advertisers and strengthen relationships with existing clients.</li> <li>Driving revenue growth through meaningful partnerships. Build and maintain a high-value pipeline of brand advertisers, identifying opportunities that align with Dribbble’s audience and mission.</li> <li>Selling and optimizing ad inventory. Strategically manage and sell our display ad inventory, ensuring optimal performance and revenue impact.</li> <li>Developing standout sponsorships. Craft bespoke, brand-centric sponsorship opportunities that elevate partner storytelling and resonate authentically with the design community.</li> <li>Collaborating across teams for seamless execution. Partner closely with sales and product teams to ensure every campaign is delivered flawlessly and drives measurable results.</li> <li>Cultivating trusted industry relationships. Foster lasting partnerships across the design and advertising landscape, becoming a trusted advisor to brands that inspire creative professionals. </li> </ul> Were looking for: <ul> <li>Relevant experience. You have solid experience in display ad sales and a strong grasp of the advertising landscape. You’re comfortable using CRM tools like Pipedrive, and you understand how marketing strategy, data, and market insights come together to drive smart, results-oriented decisions.</li> <li>A proven track record. Your successful track record includes building and managing sales pipelines, collaborating effectively cross-functionally, and cultivating creative, brand-centric relationships.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. You have the ability to establish rapport and trust. You care about building strong and lasting relationships, and it shows in the way you communicate with care and precision.</li> <li>Genuine enthusiasm for Dribbble and/or the design community. The final offer will depend on a mix of factors such as your experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, and our current business needs.
