As an AE, you’ll be the CEO of your patch - driving net-new business with the support of our Sales Development, Partner, and Solutions Engineering teams. You’ll build executive relationships, close high-value SaaS deals, and help define how Doppel scales in enterprise.<h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Drive new business with enterprise accounts (companies with $2.5 billion in revenue &amp; above).</li><li>Run full-cycle sales: prospect, qualify, guide through evaluation, and close.</li><li>Lead consultative conversations with senior business and technical buyers.</li><li>Close six-figure deals while maintaining transparency and integrity.</li><li>Partner closely with resellers, Finance, Marketing, and Product to deliver value.</li><li>Share field insights to influence product roadmap, pricing, and messaging.</li><li>Mentor newer sales teammates once established in role.</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>6+ years of experience, including 3+ in enterprise SaaS or security sales.</li><li>Proven ability to land and expand large, multi-stakeholder accounts.</li><li>Strong consultative sales skills (MEDDPICC or similar).</li><li>Ability to navigate procurement and negotiate enterprise contracts.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills across business + technical audiences.</li><li>Resilient, analytical, and creative: you find paths to “yes” before “no.”</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise security products is a plus, but not required.</li></ul><h3>Why Join Doppel</h3><ul><li>The salary range for this role is between $150,000 USD and $160,000 USD base, $300,000 USD and $320,000 USD OTE + uncapped commissions (with accelerators).</li><li>Meaningful equity, you’ll share in Doppel’s success.</li><li>Remote-first culture + flexible work.</li><li>Flexible PTO, health benefits, parental leave, etc.</li><li>A high-growth environment where your impact is immediate and visible.</li></ul>We’re hiring Enterprise Account Executives across multiple US &amp; Canadian territories.
