Our mission is to build the most dependable logistics network in the world and empower local businesses to thrive.</p> <p>We are hiring two Senior Associates to join our Logistics pod and lead critical initiatives across the Dasher and Shopper experience. In this role, youll own projects spanning the full lifecycle — from acquisition to onboarding to supply-demand balancing all while driving high-quality, accurate, and fast order fulfillment. Your work will influence operational processes, product features, education, and more, with a direct impact on Dashers, Shoppers, Merchants, and Consumers. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
