We launched in 2020 and have since then built world-class operations to delight our customers with access to Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail delivery through our marketplace. The Retail Strategy &amp; Operations team has expanded into industries like pets, beauty, flowers, office supplies, home improvement, apparel and so much more. </p> <h1><strong>About the Role</strong></h1> <p>As we continue to scale our Retail business, we’re looking to hire a few Associates onto our Retail Strategy &amp; Operations to support key strategic initiatives including merchandising &amp; selection. You’ll expand our retail offering via selection expansion and make it seamlessly shoppable for customers. You’ll own our end-to-end merchandising lifecycle from trend identification through on-platform placement. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Shopex, Growth, and Analytics to test, measure, and scale retail initiatives that increase traffic and GOV.</p> <p>You’ll be an individual contributor. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
