The team supports advertiser campaigns through retailers like Macy’s, Best Buy and DoorDash. The Campaign ops team is integral to our mission of helping retailers scale their offsite Retail Media Business providing world-class service to both our advertisers and retail partners. </p> <h1><strong>About the Role</strong></h1> <p>In this role, you will be directly responsible for building and maintaining high performing campaigns within the Symbiosys platform for advertising partners.  The role focuses on building campaigns based on strategic media plans, providing campaign reporting and executing optimizations as needed. You will: </p> <ul> <li><strong>Create Campaigns. </strong>Traffic ad campaigns in the Symbiosys platform including loading assets, selecting targeting and setting performance goals. </li> <li><strong>Monitor Performance.</strong> Make sure active campaigns are performing as expected and troubleshoot any issues with ad delivery, targeting or platform compliance.</li> <li><strong>Optimize Campaigns</strong>. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
