This individual will excel at building customer relationships and serving as a trusted technical advisor. The role also involves shaping product direction by gathering customer insights to enhance developer experience and meet business needs.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Represent product capabilities to prospective customers</li><li>Create and present demos</li><li>Understand and document customer requirements</li><li>Collaborate with customers to develop tailored solutions</li><li>Build proof-of-concept implementations and support deployment</li><li>Gather and advocate for new feature requirements throughout the design and implementation process</li></ul><h3><strong>Required Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree</li><li>3+ years of relevant experience</li><li>Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, React, Swift, Objective-C, or Java</li><li>Strong understanding of video streaming technologies, codecs, and networking</li><li>Experience with cloud architectures and service development</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to quickly learn new technologies</li><li>Strong presentation, organizational, and time management skills</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience with WebRTC and/or Media over QUIC</li><li>HLS, DASH, worked with an OTT platform</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $97,000-$130,000, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. The NYC Area salary range is $121,300-162,400. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
