Location Our Full Stack Engineer will be an integral part of our Engineering teams in EMEA. This role is based remotely as a full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden and Spain. We are also open to contractors in Eastern Europe and Portugal. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide.  The Opportunity As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be working on improving the DoiT Cloud Intelligence product with a primary focus on CloudFlow — our governance tool that helps customers manage and control their FinOps programs. Youll be implementing new features, contributing to the ongoing development of this strategic and first-of-its-kind platform, and also collaborating on future integrations like Threads (integration with systems such as Jira). You’ll work closely with product managers and developers across teams, participate in product decision-making, and have end-to-end ownership of projects. This is an opportunity to help shape a product that sits at the core of DoiT’s platform and product strategy. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Implementing features. From the proposal, through spec and implementation, to maintenance. Youre expected to propose things that you think can be a good addition to the products</li> <li>Reviewing code. We believe in code reviews. And you will soon start reviewing pull requests as well!</li> <li>Improving the health of the codebase. We’re mindful of accumulating technical debt. We dedicate one day per week to housekeeping</li> <li>Providing feedback. The team plans and discusses the upcoming work. We provide feedback to each other, trying to find challenges and unknowns as early as possible</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>4+ years of software development experience</li> <li>A Full Stack engineer or a Frontend/Backend engineer with a desire to learn to become a Full Stack engineer</li> <li>A solid understanding of programming languages, ideally knowledge of React framework, Node.js and/or Go programming language, but if you don’t, you will be willing to learn and fully embrace these languages</li> <li>Embraces continuous development and learning</li> <li>Knowledge of software engineering practices</li> <li>Demonstrated passion for creating high-quality web/SaaS apps</li> <li>Experience with Git/GitHub</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal</li> <li>Self-organized, Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough and tenacious</li> <li>Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment</li> <li>A great sense of humor and enjoys having fun at work</li> <li> </li> </ul> Bonus Points <ul> <li>Experience with automation tools like n8n or Zapier</li> <li>Advantageous to have experience developing solutions in the Cloud, and/or using Cloud services</li> </ul> Are you a Do’er?
