A complete, accurate, real-time financial picture empowers businesses to make timely and smart decisions so their business can thrive.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul> <li>Write and edit product documentation, use cases, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and release notes.</li> <li>Create video-based help articles and training resources.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product, Support, and Operations teams to capture product details and explain features to different user groups.</li> <li>Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and user-focused.</li> </ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul> <li>3+ years of technical writing/editing experience (SaaS or startup preferred).</li> <li>Strong ability to explain software features to both technical and non-technical users.</li> <li>Prior hands-on experience with SaaS tools, integrations, or productivity software.</li> <li>Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.</li> </ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul> <li>Experience with content platforms (Notion, Gitbook, Confluence).</li> <li>Video creation or visual storytelling skills.</li> <li>SEO knowledge.</li> </ul>
