Best of all, we have fun while doing it!</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Were passionate about Ad Measurement and Brand Effectiveness and are looking for a high-energy sales leader to drive growth.</span></div><h3>What you will do:</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with the CRO and leadership to shape go-to-market strategies for our ad measurement products.</li><li>Lead and manage a US based sales team to drive profitable growth across all target verticals.</li><li>Recruit, onboard, and develop sales team members.</li><li>Develop territory and account playbooks to meet sales targets.</li><li>Oversee and optimize sales team structure for growth and scalability.</li><li>Establish and monitor compensation and incentive programs.</li><li>Deliver accurate sales forecasts and optimize sales processes.</li><li>Track performance metrics across prospecting, pipeline, and sales execution.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance team efficiency and culture.</li><li>Work with sales enablement to refine and educate the sales team for GTM success.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to leadership.</li><li>Leverage your network to drive new business opportunities.</li><li>Represent DISQO at key industry thought leadership events </li></ul><h3>What you bring to the role:</h3><ul><li>7+ yrs of sales management/leadership experience in SaaS (preferably Martch/Adtech)</li><li>AdTech platform knowledge (DSP, SSP, Publisher) and how they work and where they fit into the ecosystem are highly desirable.  </li><li>Proven ability to lead teams of 5-7+ salespeople, consistently exceeding sales goals.</li><li>Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring sales talent.</li><li>Familiarity with MEDDPICCC sales methodology is highly desirable.</li><li>Expertise in <a href="http://salesforce.com">salesforce.com</a> and sales enablement tools.</li><li>Strong presentation and relationship management skills.</li><li>A proactive problem solver with a hunter mentality and the ability to engage key decision-makers.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships internally and externally.</li></ul><div>#LI-MV1 #LI-Hybrid</div><div><br /></div><div><span>At DISQO, we pride ourselves on having a positive, performance-oriented workplace that includes a flexible hybrid approach, competitive medical benefits, and an amazing vacation policy.
