Job Posting Title:Programming Operations ManagerReq ID:10121825Job Description:The Programming Operations Manager will support the day-to-day tracking and reporting of short and long-term initiatives spanning the Programming organization, partner closely with cross-functional partners, and prepare executive presentation materials. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong sense of collaboration and diplomacy. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Programming Operations.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project manage the Programming team’s initiatives including planning, milestone tracking and reporting, stakeholder coordination, and issue management. Track day-to-day changes and maintain a regular cadence for reporting and internal communications.</li><li>Assist in developing presentations by collecting the necessary inputs from key stakeholders and creating the decks.</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate team meetings including agenda setting, guest coordination, notes taking, follow-ups and next steps.</li><li>Cultivate a strong network (formal and informal) of leaders both within the DTC Streaming segment and across TWDC.</li><li>Provide support for ad hoc projects and requests.   </li></ul>Basic Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience</li><li>4 years experience project management, content planning or content programming in a related field</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy</li><li>Exceptional ability to prepare executive-level presentations</li><li>Project and program management experience with strong organizational skills</li><li>Strong emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit</li><li>Strong diplomatic mindset and proven ability to work well in a team environment and across a matrixed organization</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in an extremely fast-paced and high-pressure working environment.</li><li>Experience using Airtable or a similar project management tool</li><li>Passion for The Walt Disney Company segments, brands and franchises.</li></ul>The hiring range for this position in Glendale CA, is $94,200 to 126,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
