The global team also plays a critical role as the primary collaboration point for Product &amp; Technology with Disney’s EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regional business teams.Job Summary:The Early Access Media Operations team is responsible for managing all Disney General Entertainment (DGE) asset and screening requests. The team facilitates requests and manages delivery of media for our internal partners for their respective lines of business; including (but not limited to): Publicity, Ratings, Awards, Copyright, Events, and Marketing.  This includes fulfillment of screeners and assets for internal and external outlets and events alike.  This also includes a strong working relationship with varying product teams, content security, studio technology, and media servicing.We are seeking a proactive, strategic Media Delivery Specialist who will be part of the Early Access Media Operations team in Glendale, CA; reporting to the Manager, Media Delivery Operations. This candidate will be responsible for project management for our digital and physical screenings globally; which includes:  tracking media assets (audio, video, and localized components) and providing regular status and updates to our partners for availability and aggregating access to screeners for varying functions (executive reviews, programming, and Disney+ ratings assessment).They will also be responsible for project oversight and working within various internal tools and tracking systems. This role will require strong collaboration with multiple teams across the company and strategic thinking to anticipate issues and set up workflows for scalability. They are expected to be hands-on with any digital delivery issues helping to troubleshoot any potential blockers.  We traffic all content to vendors and partners via our archive system or digital delivery tools (e.g., Aspera), transcode files as needed for various screening outlets, and, most importantly, must be detail oriented in tracking the assets by knowing where each component is in the delivery stage through approval in QC. This candidate will also be expected to have valuable contributions for identifying workflow efficiencies as well as creating process documentation.The ideal candidate should ideally have some experience in project management, asset management, or with managing content screening requests. They will be proactive in finding solutions and making the rightconnections with our partners (both internal and external) to problem-solve in fluctuating circumstances. They will have the ability to analyze data and present project status and summaries.This position will help to build how our partners and colleagues access content across all territories and regions. The ability to work across and with global colleagues to anticipate challenges and work towards improving and optimizing workflows will be a sharp focus.Knowledge of audio, video, and localization assets (dubs &amp; subs, texted/semi-textless) sets this candidate up for success. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
