Combining the Company’s direct-to-consumer streaming services, Hulu, ESPN+, and Disney+ alongside Disney’s international media businesses, DTCI aligns cutting-edge technology with world-class content and beloved brands to expand the Company’s global footprint and deliver highly personalized entertainment experiences to diverse consumers around the world. This role is part of the Growth Retention &amp; Lifecycle team and is responsible to lend support for projects on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through the development, set-up and optimization of campaigns to support the key KPIs of acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value for Disney+ &amp; Disney+ Hotstar.Responsibilities:Project: Product Experience Deep Dive for Improved Customer Retention<ul><li>Explore and evaluate the existing user journey (from onboarding, post-sign-up, renewal, and cancellation flows)</li><li>Research how similar platforms use features to retain their customers</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to identify key moments in the user journey to study and document (review data or conduct qualitative testing)</li><li>Propose priority product feature enhancements and present key findings, recommendations, and rationale</li></ul>Campaign Management<ul><li>Develop and present monthly slide decks outlining upcoming Disney+ content priorities to major external stakeholders. </li><li>Set-up campaigns with key partners to highlight the latest titles on Disney+ for HKTWSEA markets.</li><li>Collaborate with various stakeholders to coordinate and manage assets and localization for different markets.</li><li>Work with creative agencies to request and manage assets for upcoming campaigns.</li><li>Analyze data to identify trends and propose actionable areas for improvement.</li></ul>Marketing Landing Page Refresh<ul><li>Execute monthly updates to refresh marketing landing pages with the latest and upcoming titles on Disney+.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment and integration of landing page.</li><li>Collaborate with external stakeholders, including creative agencies, to produce and update marketing assets.</li></ul>Website &amp; Partner CTV Updates<ul><li>Conduct monthly refreshes on company’s websites and partner CTV channels for HKSEA markets. </li><li>Coordinate with creative agencies to request and manage assets for website updates.</li><li>Monitor website performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement.</li></ul>Product Requests<ul><li>Create product request documents to support the implementation of new features on Disney+.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and insights for comprehensive product proposals.</li><li>Assist throughout the product lifecycle teams from proposal to live implementation, addressing any ad-hoc requests.</li><li>Propose areas of improvement for Disney+ features to enhance user experience, engagement, and retention. </li></ul>Internship Requirements:<ul><li>Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelors degree</li><li>Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period</li><li>Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2026</li><li>Indicate your internship availability (start and end date) in your resume</li><li>Indicate your expected graduation date in your resume</li><li>Indicate your marketing portfolio link in your resume and application</li><li></li></ul>*Please apply to this job posting only if you are available for a full-time internship during the stated period.
