Combining the Company’s direct-to-consumer streaming services, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ alongside Disney’s international media businesses, DTCI aligns cutting-edge technology with world-class content and beloved brands to expand the Company’s global footprint and deliver highly personalized entertainment experiences to diverse consumers around the world.About the roleThis role is part of the Growth Marketing (Lifecycle SEA) team and is responsible to lend support for projects on driving customer engagement and retention through the development, set up and optimisation of campaigns to support the key KPIs of acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value for Disney+ Hotstar.  This role is based in Singapore is responsible for supporting the Growth Marketing (Lifecycle) team.Responsibilities:Dedicated Project: Lifecycle Automation Campaign<ul><li>Collaborating with marketing ops team and implement guidelines of best practices on campaign execution.</li><li>Develop plans on how to drive user engagement and retention through campaigns.</li><li>Implement customer journeys for engagement, retention and winback objectives using our CRM tools across push notifications, in-app, web and email channels.</li><li>Analyse result of the campaign through data measurement analysis and share with markets as a best practice.</li></ul>Campaign Management<ul><li>Update and maintain campaign calendars.</li><li>Collaborate with agency to ensure deliverables of campaigns are well prepared and provided in accordance with campaigns objective.</li><li>Maintain dashboard of campaigns result.</li><li>Build campaign result decks.</li><li>Manage the assets and distribution to key stakeholders.</li><li>Liaise with agency and freelance to requests copy and design for campaign needs.</li></ul>Overall<ul><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns across direct comms channels including email, push and in app &amp; App Stores.</li><li>Collaborating with the planning and development of a marketing calendar for direct comms</li><li>Working with creative teams to get assets for campaigns.</li><li>Running test and learn plans.</li></ul>Internship Requirements:<ul><li>Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelors degree</li><li>Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period</li><li>Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2026</li><li>Indicate your internship availability (start and end date) in your resume</li><li>Indicate your expected graduation date in your resume</li><li>Indicate your marketing portfolio link in your resume and application (if any)</li></ul>*Please apply to this job posting only if you are available for a full-time internship during the stated period.
