Job Posting Title:Financial AnalystReq ID:10129939Job Description:We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join ILM San Francisco’s FP&amp;A team. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning &amp; Analysis, this position will play a vital role in financial planning by helping to create the AOP, bi-monthly forecasts, and long-range plan. Ultimately, this role will be a key player in providing financial support and analyses to the local and global technology teams.This role is considered Hybrid, which means the employee will work onsite in our San Francisco office and occasionally from home.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Develop and track SF CAPEX budget/forecast</li><li>Monthly check-ins with technology clients to review their expenditures versus budget </li><li>Monthly check-ins with R&amp;D team in order to monitor project status, capitalization thresholds, and gather documentation of capital projects</li><li>Participate in month-end close by providing budget variance analyses for technology production overhead, capital expenses, and depreciation</li><li>Participate in special projects and assist in the development of ad-hoc financial presentations</li><li>Other duties as assigned (e.g., prepare quarterly rebills to intercompany divisions for technology shared services, assist with creation and maintenance of Oracle Projects module)</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>BA degree in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of related accounting experience required </li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills; and able to remain flexible and adaptable while working under tight deadlines </li><li>Proven time management and multiple task management capabilities </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills required </li><li>Ability to prioritize work and attention to detail </li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills, involving complex issues in a fast-paced, unpredictable, ambiguous environment</li><li>Advanced Excel skills</li><li>Preferred experience in Oracle Projects/Cognos TM1 </li></ul>The hiring range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $94,000 to $114,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
